The PIUSI K33 ATEX product is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion.

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel has been designed to ensure precise measurement of the amount of fuel dispensed. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 ATEX flow meter can monitor the quantity of fuel dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 3.5 bar. In addition, it can guarantee a burst pressure of 28 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.

  PIUSI K600 B/3 is an electronic diesel flow meter suitable for monitoring the quantity of diesel or lubricating oil dispensed. For non-commercial use, the uniqueness of K600 B/3 is to have a larger, easy to read display sized 80 mm, with a partial total of 5 digits (h=24 mm) with floating point from 0.001 to 999.99 Total, not resettable to 8 digits (h=5 mm) from 1 to 99999999.

  The K600 B/3 flow meter consists of oval gears in acetal resin for precise monitoring of the dispensed quantity of diesel. The structure of the flow meter is solid and robust with an aluminium measuring chamber and the integrated suction filter safeguards the integrity of the flow meters.   K600 B/3

  The pulse out version is also available on request. It is divided into two types of flow meters, which differ according to the type of installation. The K600 B/3 flow meter has a display and can be installed in the fluid transfer system, while K600 B/3 Pulse-OUT has no display and can be connected via a 10-metre connection wire to the remote flow meter. Its application is recommended in case you want to monitor the quantity dispensed not directly on the system, but from the office.

  The K24-A digital diesel flow meter has been designed to monitor the flow of low-viscosity fluids. Easy to install, in-line or at the end of the dispensing pipe, K24-A has a display that can be applied in various positions to facilitate reading. The sturdy housing and sealed internal electronic board make it suitable for use in virtually any working condition.

  RELIABILITY

  K24-A has an aluminum body and a polypropylene turbine. The pulse type is single-channel, reed switch. The electronic board with LCD shows a partial of 5 digits from 0.1 to 99999, for a total of 6 digits 1 to 999999 Total, resettable. The display also shows the supported flow rate, up to a maximum of 120 l/min.

  The K24-A diesel flow meter guarantees a metering accuracy of +/- 1%. If the metering turns out inaccurate, K24-A can always be calibrated to ensure maximum precision in its operation. With a pressure drop of < 0.43 psi at 32 GPM and a repeatability of 0.2%, the K24 flow meter is powered by two AAA batteries. Thanks to its rotating display, K24-A can be adapted to any application and working condition.
